Author Registration.

Cancellation Fee: 50% through October 1, 2018. No refunds after October 1. Must be submitted in writing.

• Space is limited. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Once available table spaces have been filled, a waiting list will be taken. Final notification will be made by October 1st.

• Exhibitor tables must keep open and staffed from 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Exhibitors who are no-shows, who are not set up by 10:45 a.m., or who leave early will not be invited to future events.

• Table assignments are made at the sole discretion of the York Book Expo. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, although it is logistically impossible to honor all requests.

• Exhibitors may not re-sell, share, or sub-let any portion of their space. Any violation of these stipulations by exhibitors will result in expulsion from the festival, and a refund will not be given.

• York Book Expo will take place rain or shine. All festival events are held indoors and refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
