Cancellation Fee: 50% through October 1. No refunds after October 1. Must be submitted in writing.

NOTES:
• Space is limited. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. Once available table spaces have been filled, a waiting list will be taken.

• Exhibitor tables must remain open and staffed from 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Exhibitors who are no-shows, who are not set up by 10:45 a.m., or who leave early will not be invited to future events.

• Table assignments are made at the sole discretion of York Book Expo. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, although it is logistically impossible to honor all requests.

• Exhibitors may not re-sell, share, or sub-let any portion of their space. Any violation of these stipulations by exhibitors will result in expulsion from the festival, and a refund will not be given.

• York Book Expo will take place rain or shine. All festival events are held indoors and refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
